Mohd Anuar Bin Ahmad holds an Honours Degree in Law (LL.B) from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIU). He commenced his pupilage in the chambers of Mr. V. Thevendren of Messrs. Daud Thevendran & Partners. While chambering there, he received wide exposure and experience in banking, hire purchase matters, land matters, accident claim, family law and etc. He was then admitted as a Syariah Lawyer of Penang. He was called to the bar in March, 1993. He started practicing as a partner of Messrs Samat Din & Partners in Jun 1993 after resigning from Messrs Daud Theveran & Partners.
On the 1st of September 1995 he established Messrs Mohd Anuar & Co and has been actively involved in handling Litigation, Conveyancing, Debenture, Corporate and Insurance matters. He has extensive knowledge in various aspects of legal practice.
Azmira Binti Abd Aziz is a holder of an Honours Degree in Law (LL.B)
from Mara University of Technology (UiTM) Shah Alam. She did her pupilage
in the chambers of Mr. Rajendran Veeerasamy of Messrs. Dass, Jainab & Associates.
During her pupilage, she gained knowledge on civil, corporate and banking matters,
personal injury claims, company law and land matters. She was called to the bar in
September 2004 and was then employed in the same firm as a Legal Assistant until March 2005.
In April 2005, she joined Messrs. Mohd Anuar & Co as a partner and has been
actively involved in conveying and property development.
Muhammad Najib Bin Rohim is a Degree in Law holder (Hons) (LL.B) from
International Islamic University of Malaysia (UIAM). He was called to the Bar
and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor at the High Court of Malaya on
2008. He was employed at Messrs Mohd Anuar & Co (Seberang Jaya) as a
Legal Assistant starting from 27th January 2014 until 2nd May 2016.
During the period 3rd May 2016 to 31st January 2017, he was employed at
Messrs Tan Chia Min & Partners. Starting from 1st February 2017, he was
employed at Messrs Mohd Anuar & Co.
On 1st March 2018, he was appointed as a junior partner at Messrs Mohd
Anuar & Co.
Prof. Dr. Najahudin Lateh PhD, MA, BA, Dip. Edu. is an Associate Professor at the Academy of Contemporary Islamic Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Malaysia. Interested in hadith, muamalat & Islamic finance, Islamic real estate, internet marketer and sanad of hadith studies. He also acted as Chairman for the Pertubuhan Anggerik Care (charity organization), Deputy Chairman of the Selangor Scientific Foundation, Board of Directors Kolej Profesional Baitulmal and Shariah Advisor for Messrs Mohd Anuar & Co.
